STL Sandbox on Patreon is an invitation to practice complex problem solving and change making, more regularly, together. It emphasizes the intersection between the individual and the group (organization, community, institution, system) and empowers individuals to consider, calibrate, and craft their own actions to better achieve system level impact. None of the biggest problems we face can be solved or mitigated by one person alone, and yet the individual (alone and en masse) is the greatest instrument of change we have available. Participation in STL Sandbox means rethinking your own process, reassessing your context, and expanding your modes and methods of change.

This engagement and offering is designed to meet your current energy level and capacity. We know that those doing a lot are doing a lot and that additional pre-determined workshop space and time isn’t easy to come by. This will be practice-centered and connective. For each level you can take what you need and what leave what you don’t currently have space for. You can guide the pace and depth of your practice while still being connected to others and connected to a cadence of regular reflection.
